Wineries and tastings
Strada Alessandria 57, Nizza Monferrato
Since 1955, the Cantina di Nizza has embodied the dream of around 200 winemakers who, for generations, have cultivated their vines on high-hill farms with a shared goal: joining forces to support one another and enhancing the fruits of their labor to elevate a single product—wine.
Their production features some of the most renowned DOC and DOCG wines of Piedmont: Barbera d’Asti, Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato, Moscato d’Asti, Chardonnay, as well as the newly introduced denomination, Nizza DOCG.
Piazza Dante 21, Nizza Monferrato
Since 1907, Bersano has been enhancing and preserving the winemaking and convivial culture of the Langhe and Monferrato, bringing their excellence to the world.
At the heart of the project lies Piedmont, told through 230 hectares of vineyards cultivated with indigenous grape varieties, selected to express the many facets of the territory.
Alongside wine production, Bersano safeguards rural heritage through the historic museums of Nizza Monferrato and its ten estate-owned farmhouses, custodians of centuries-old traditions and fundamental witnesses to the history of Italian wine.
An authentic experience to discover Piedmont through wine.
Strada Acqui 7, Castel Rocchero
If you come to the Langhe or Monferrato, don’t miss a stop at “La Torre” to taste fine DOC and DOCG wines.
The image of the wine tower is unmistakable, almost like a beacon: standing among the rows of vines, on hills and ridges traced by vineyards—clusters of Barbera or Dolcetto, Moscato or Brachetto.
An eye that has watched over winemaking methods for 60 years and over the generations of people who have skillfully crafted our DOC and DOCG wines.
